Mental Health Plan :
- If stressed take a mental break by taking a small nap
- Doing yoga in the morning and at night to reset yourself
- Try to have a positive mindset since your thoughts eventually manifest into reality
- Surround yourself with people who only have positive intentions
- Set up boundaries for yourself with other people
- Ask for help when you need it
- Sit outside with mother earth and ground yourself
- Tell yourself at least three things that you like about yourself
- Make reasonable goals for yourself
- Sit down and spend time with your friends and family
- Sit and shuffle the cards
- Turn off your phone and live in the moment
- Focus on yourself before trying to take care of everyone else
- Meditate to clear your head
- Try new hobbies
- Reassure yourself that its okay to feel this way-!!
