Physical Health Plan :
- For mental clarity doing yoga for at least 5 minutes in the morning.
- When feeling stressed go on a small walk around the neighborhood
- If I have bottled up anger go for run OR a punch a punching bag
- Carry nuts (like almonds) since they are complex carbs
- Carry fast-acting sugar (like juice) since i'm hypoglycemic
- Start introducing fish into my diet
- Limit how much red-meat I eat
- Go to the sauna more often
- Start going to the gym again
- Eat at least one thing in the morning (like fruit or protein drinks)
- Eat at least one thing in the afternoon (like a small sandwich or salad)
- East at least one thing in the evening (like pasta or a salad w/ protein)
- Drink tea in the morning/ afternoon
- Drink herbal tea in the evening/night
- Aim to get at least 6 hours of sleep a night-!!
